Remotec Ltd ("we") respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and your rights under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

What we collect

• Quote and contact requests: your name, phone number, email, the service you are interested in and your message.
• Workshop registrations: your name, phone number, email, organisation (optional) and the workshop you chose.
• Payments: processed by Paystack. We receive the payment status, amount and method (for example Mobile Money or card), never your card or wallet PIN.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To manage your workshop place, send confirmations and contact you about the workshop.
• To keep accounting records required by law.

We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who is responsible for your data

Remotec Ltd decides why and how your personal data is used, so we are the data controller.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run this website: our website developer, our hosting and database providers, our email provider and Paystack for payments. They process data only on our instructions and must keep it confidential.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 2 years. Registration and payment records are kept for as long as accounting law requires (typically 6 years).

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us on +233 24 331 8895, or write to us at Plot 74, 13th Avenue, Akade Street, Ejisu-Krapa, Kumasi. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits; it does not use cookies or build a profile of you.
